Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

After shipping, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 9–14 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues, weather or other events beyond our control.

Shipping costs, and any free shipping offers, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll notify you and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can change an address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property, with neighbours and with your local post office, and allow 2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
